Inclusive and equality

All players must play off the handicap given. If anyone plays off a higher handicap they will be disqualified. Under no circumstances should a handicap be changed after the round has finished. Handicaps are always round down on ½.

All new members will initially be assigned a handicap 2 less than their club handicap. If they don’t possess a handicap, they must put in three cards before being eligible to win.

Any players returning a score of 37 points or more, will have their handicap cut by ½ point up to 40, then 1 point per shot until their score is reached.

Any player returning a score less than 36 points will receive ½ point on their handicap

In addition to rule 3, the winner will also be cut a further 1 shot and any runners up will be cut ½ point.

All ties will be decided based on the back 9, back 6, back 3 etc.

Maximum greedy handicap for any player will be 36.

To play in the greedy, all players must be present at the time of the draw or by letting the organiser know beforehand.

The fee will be £1 per player. The winner will get a maximum of £20 and then each runner up in blocks of £10 until all the money has been allocated.

Handicaps and Names must be clearly marked on each scorecard.

In the event of temporary greens, all handicaps are adjusted per the “TEMPORARY GREENS REVISED HANDICAP SHEET”.
